Rick brings over twelve years of knowledge and experience working professionally as well as voluntarily in the association and higher education fields. He currently serves as the director, executive officers council for the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
He is an accomplished nonprofit professional, with a comprehensive background in areas of leadership development, membership services, project process, fund development, database management, and business environment enhancement. In the 12 years of professional experience, he has demonstrated proficiency in multiple project management and strategic non-profit marketing. He has a strong program, technological, finance, marketing, social media business integration and resource-management skills and he is highly organized and self-motivated. Rick has a strong affinity for process and goal orientation and has received promotions and progressive moves throughout his career.
Rick is currently fulfilling the commitments of the highly coveted ASAE Diversity Executive Leadership Program (DELP) as a scholar and he serves as a member of ASAE's Foundation Development Committee.
