Bio

* Executive Director for a non-profit trade association with broad experience in maintaining and running daily office functions including, but not limited to, maintenance of computer equipment, office maintenance and repair, data processing, purchasing and inventory control. Update and keep current membership records by category and subcategory, maintain a current database of both active and inactive membership, and assist committee chairperson in developing programs for membership. Promote, develop, and coordinate events, programs, and fund raising activities. Actively promote and recruit membership as well as assist current and prospective members in all functions of their membership through the association. Actively promote education, certification and continuing education for member professionals. Update and keep informed the membership on all upcoming legislation affecting the building industry and its affiliates.
* Administrative Assistant of a multi-physician office and Ambulatory Surgical Center maintaining corporate finances, creation and maintenance of patient education materials, professional licensures, certifications and credentialing.

* Customer Relations Representative for national company investigating inquiries, complaints, and acting as mediator between the companies retail stores, catalog branches, purchasing department, fleet lines and the public.
